Marco, Vanessa and their team helped us sell our home in Vallejo. It was a very smooth process from the initial meeting to the closing of our house. They guided and supported us throughout the process, always making sure to offer their assistance in any way from offering help with packing or moving, following up with the tradesmen to make sure updates were being done properly, staging the house beautifully showcasing both the house and our beautiful back yard. They updated us after each open house and guided us along each step, giving us their expert opinions. They are warm, dedicated and a very knowledgeable group. We felt that our house were in good hands. We sold our house in less than a week, with multiple offers and way above our expectation. It was all because of Marco and Vanessa. On the day of our closing Marco and Vanessa personally called us which made it special. Since my sister is a realtor and saw how she works with her clients, I had high expectations but Marco and Vanessa went above and beyond our expectations. They are professional, caring, hard working and passionate, but most of all beautiful people. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home.

Marco and Vanessa are a great team. As a first time buyer they walked me through the steps of buying a house. They were responsive, helpful, and in the craziest market, on the first house that we placed an offer, it was accepted. They helped me through my doubts and questions, they have a professional process for buying a house using an app that tracks progress which also develops understanding and identifies next steps. I am now one happy home owner. And even after months of ownership, they have helped me with questions.

Wow! This is a rockstar team. They made a process that could have been overwhelmingly complicated into a seamless experience, providing updates at every step of the way. Marco made himself available whenever we needed him, and was always taking the initiative on keeping the sale of our house going. This was a complicated sale that involved multiple parties on the selling side, as well as lawyers, and Marco's team managed it perfectly.

I worked with MVRod Team on a home purchase; they represented the seller while I represented the buyer. The whole transaction went very smoothly. MVRod Team was very friendly and professional the whole time. Escrow was scheduled to close on a Friday, but got delayed over the weekend due to backlog at the County Recorders office. The MVRod Team was flexible and helpful to let us go into the home to begin small repairs. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
