About Marcy

There were many factors that Marcy Blocker can point to as to why she gravitated toward a career in real estate. But her greatest inspiration was watching and learning from her father who, at 85 years of age, was still an active Coldwell Banker real estate Broker!

Licensed in 2013 and today serving clients from the Wellesley office of Coldwell Banker Realty, Marcy didn't foresee a real estate career in her future when she graduated from UMASS, Amherst. Human Resources/Recruiting came calling first. But real estate was in her blood. After many years of corporate recruiting, she made the career switch and never looked back. Similar to recruiting, real estate presents the challenge of putting puzzle pieces together, making connections and making sure you find the right fit.
Marcy works with buyers and sellers in MetroWest area and beyond. She understands that moving is one of the most difficult and emotional experiences, which is why she remains personally available to address any questions or concerns and is there every step of the way, from negotiating terms of the sale to recommending moving companies.

To match buyers with homes that best suit their needs and lifestyle, she considers important amenities like proximity to schools, recreation and transportation. For sellers, Marcy creates a comprehensive, custom-tailored strategy that targets the most likely buyer demographic. Working with an array of marketing tools provided by Coldwell Banker, she makes sure the property appears across all major online, social platforms. Professional photos, printed postcards and flyers announcing sales and open houses also spread the word. She gives clients access to a vetted team of stagers, lenders, attorneys and inspectors. The end results help sellers command the highest price, the quickest sale and the most seamless process possible.

Marcy is a consistent awards winner and is the recipient of the prestigious Presidents Circle and Diamond Award for Coldwell Banker International. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Accredited Pricing Strategist (APS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Outside of her love of real estate, Marcy is active in her community. She is both a dance mom, and basketball mom to her children.
