Marcy was awesome every step of the way. Marcy was there when we couldn't take care of a few issues we had because of scheduling conflicts. Marcy also made the contacts for us to handle those issues and set up times so she could be there as well. if you are looking for a realtor that is goes above and beyond, then Marcy is the one.

Marcy is the best of the best! I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was to work with her. She’s attentive, responsive, and really cares about her clients. She came over and put in some serious work to get our home ready to list, and fought for us to close on time despite some hiccups in the process. Great realtor, would 100 percent recommend her to anyone. From day one , she showed dedication and attentiveness to our home buying needs. Walked us through every step and explained everything in detail. As a first time home buyer, she really made us feel like we were in good hands the whole time. We looked at 20 homes in a span of two weeks and when we finally found the one we were looking for, she handled everything. We couldn’t have been more blessed with a better realtor. Will definitely go to her if we plan on selling or buying again in the future!

I live out of state and needed to sell my elderly mother's home since she moved into AL. Knowing nothing about the local market and realtors, I interviewed several agents. I settled on Marcy because she convinced me she knew how to prepare, market, and sell a house. I'm happy to report that I picked correctly (you never know). Everything she told me about what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare was dead on. She knows her stuff.

There is so much I could say about Marcy. After having a couple of not so enthusiastic realtors(that were not much help) we met her. Everything fell into place. Marcy was the most patient ,helpful , and understanding person. She willingly helped with all the problems we had during the sale of our business and our home.
I must apologize because I know I was a bit over the top while making decisions on the sale. Yet she kept a professional stance and always solved the problems as they cane her way.
Marcy always returned my calls in a timely manner if she’d missed them. She never seemed irritated when I didn’t respond to her e-mails on time. If she had to change the deadline, she just changed it. Whenever I didn’t understand something about the sale, she took time to explain things to me until I got it.
I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a fair , considerate, bubbly, and timely realtor.

Marcy was our God sent Agent Angel! No joke! From the first moment my wife called the Re/Max 100 office requesting to look at a house. Marcy took us under her wings immediately. We ended up looking at over 25 homes in a span of 3 weeks. At times we felt like we were wasting her time because we were first time home buyers a tight budget looking for something nice!
