Marga was fantastic during this whole process. Unfortunately, our buying process was delayed many months (~4 months for a co-op purchase) which was frustrating and difficult to navigate. Marga handled it all very professionally; pinging the sellers when appropriate, asking for clarity on certain questions and overall, making sure that, despite the length in process, every question or hurdle thrown our way was reasonable and justified to give me peace of mind. She was super thoughtful in providing contractor referrals and guiding us through the sophisticated NYC coop buying process overall. She was readily available at all times and seemingly working around the clock to get all our questions answered. I really appreciated the effort that she put in to make sure that our experiences was as positive as it could be given the circumstance, and I would recommend her to another prospective buyer or seller.

I went through multiple real estate agents before a friend recommended Marga. I could not be more pleased. She took the time to understand my needs, wants and restrictions and went to work. She was patient with me and answered each of my questions. We saw at least two dozen places, but when we went to the last, we both knew it was the right fit. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a great place at a fair price, while making my move a seamless process. I haven't seen anyone work that hard in a LONG time.
