Highly recommend Margaret if youre looking to find your next home! She is incredibly patient and kind, never pushy and will work with you to find exactly what youre looking for. She has great insight of all the areas in Bergen County and Rockland as well. We were able to successfully purchase a home in this insanely competitive market with Margaret being very involved every step of the way. I will definitely be reaching out to her if we ever decide to move. Got so lucky finding her as my realtor as well as a lifelong friend!

Margaret is absolutely amazing! She made the process of selling a house smooth and seamless. Margaret was diligent and proactive. As soon as we decided to sell our house, she was on it and it only took 2 days to be listed on the market with beautiful pictures and details. She got us multiple offers within a week.

I know I wouldn't have been able to sell my home so quickly without Margaret! I was looking to sell my home and came across her profile in my search for an active and engaging real estate agent. I wanted to move quickly and Margaret matched my pace. She was very prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns, quickly replying to my phone calls. In our initial meeting, she advised us on how to prepare our home to go to market as soon as possible. Within the week, she helped stage my home with beautiful furniture and decor and brought in a great professional photographer to capture our home realistically with all the right angles to appeal to the crowds. Margaret is very knowledgeable about the market and current trends and effectively utilizes social media to draw in an audience. I was impressed by her common sense, depth of knowledge, and level of expertise and professionalism. She is vibrant, energetic, organized, and wonderful to work with!

Margaret made the process of purchasing a property as smooth and seamless as possible. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, she was also very kind, thoughtful and communicative. She gave us sound advice while negotiating to seal the deal. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was highly organized and prompt in getting the necessary paperwork together. Margaret was also able to provide referrals for lawyers, architects, and builders that she has worked with previously. We were so lucky to have met Margaret during our property search and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in New Jersey!

Our experience working with Margaret Hwang was exceptional from beginning to end. She was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional during the entire process, but as equally important to us she was also super kind, organized, reliable and helpful in all aspects of this journey! My wife & I would highly recommend Margaret in a second to anyone from our overall extremely positive experience we endured with her. For example, we are new to Bergen County, actually to NJ overall, and we are meeting new people constantly for whatever reason, and when I come across someone who may rub me a certain way or doesn’t come across so likable, I always remind myself we met and have gotten to know a genuine, hard-working, and sincere person in Margaret Hwang, and that trusted and dependable people still exist!! Buying a home, especially your first one, is an absolute hassle for so many reasons. However, Margaret made this entire experience as smooth as possible. My fiancee and I tried looking on our own and went through other realtors, but after two trips not only did she find us our dream home but she followed up all the way through signing and afterwards just being a very trusted resource. She's through, friendly, and extremely helpful. She gave thoughtful advice as well as made our family's move into the neighborhood extremely smooth. She was fantastic.

We are lucky to have had the experience working with Margaret for our home purchase. She is professional, kind, courteous—and most importantly—went above and beyond to show us a collection of properties that she thought would appeal to us. She knew exactly what we were looking for and she delivered! Rather than showing us everything under the sun, she made the process easier by being selective, based on her thorough understanding of our criteria and priorities. Once we found the house we wanted, she communicated effectively with the seller's side, and even resolved a few potential deal-breakers along the way. She comfortably navigated through all of the unpredictable COVID restrictions and changes to the process (we closed in May 2020). Nearly a year later, we are happily settled into our newly-renovated home, and we don't have any plans to buy another one in the foreseeable future. But if we do, she will definitely be the first person we call!
