Margaret Kelly

Margaret began her real estate career in February 2004 with a goal to provide her clients with a 5-star experience. She plays the role of consultant, negotiator, and escrow shepherd in the selling of real estate. Margaret's business is built on repeat clients and referrals from those who have used her services and were more than satisfied with her work ethic.

In December 2010, Margaret opened Ocean Breeze Real Estate and built a successful business based on integrity, ethics, communication, and friendship. She has sold properties in every area of San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria/Orcutt. While Margaret's focus area is the South County areas of Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, Nipomo, Santa Maria & Orcutt, she cannot share enough with friends, family, and clients about the wonderful atmosphere of the "SLO life," the great weather, perfect size community, and the wonderful people here at the coast.
