Today I am proud to be a member of the Chodachez team, which has earned the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Sales Club for the last 5 years. Together we help our friends, neighbors and clients navigate a complicated process and bring calm to one of life’s most stressful events.
Over the last 30 years I have established an extensive background in sports, business and administration, through coaching collegiate, HS and club soccer; managing teams, creating relationships and developing players and teams into the best versions of themselves. Soccer taught me daily about discipline, teamwork, commitment, adversity, trust, and connection.
My family has lived and worked in states across the country. Each time, we bought a house and sold it as we moved to the next stop. I was always intrigued by the process, understood the complexity of the transaction, enjoyed finding our “perfect home” and maximizing our return when we chose to sell. My experience with the markets in Kansas, Indiana, Maryland and Washington ignited a fire and led me to a career in Real Estate where I can use my experiences to help others.
