Maggie Moreira was born and raised in Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish. Learning through her mentor and Mother, the firm's broker, Betty Mitchell, the love and passion for the business was inherited.
Maggie has been licensed since 1994. After graduating with a degree in Marketing from Loyola University. She returned to Miami to oversee the marketing, advertising, and internet/ technology aspects of the company as well as assist in transactions. She acquired her broker’s license and specializes in the communities of Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami, Brickell, and Miami Beach, amongst others. She helps local buyers, sellers, renters, as well as international buyers who are looking for second home residences or relocations. Her professionalism and dedication have rewarded her with an A-list of trusted repeat clients.
Maggie and her family are based in Miami with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs. During the summer months, the family relocates to Steamboat Springs, Colorado to enjoy the family atmosphere and oversee their construction projects. Her family investments reach outside of Miami with business ventures in real estate in other states including Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio.
