My real estate career began in 1999, while working for some RE/MAX brokers in Colorado Springs, CO. Upon returning to our home in Albuquerque, I received my NM license in early 2002. The "bug" really hit then! I've got to say "I love what I do for a living--I get to help folks!" I'm a Professional who handles her business with ethics and integrity, and have invested a serious commitment into ongoing education, having earned several of the top Real Estate designations in the business, most notably, the Certified Residential Specialist designation earned by the NAR. It's important to me to stay abreast of the ever-changing dynamics of the home buying/selling process, and to use that education to help my clients avoid the many serious pitfalls in a transaction or investment. I take on each person and sale process very seriously. In my marketing and transactions I become my clients "expert negotiator", and handler of all the transactional details from the beginning to the closing celebration and beyond! And, we're going to have some fun along the way! As a friendly person, a listener, one who loves and knows Albuquerque well, and is passionate about what I do for a living, it's more than just another transaction or sale.
