Margaret is one of the nicest realtors I have ever met. I was recently looking for a place to rent in West Palm Beach. I had called many realtors, most of them never returned my calls or were unwilling to help me find a place. Margaret was the only realtor who really took the time to find me a really nice place. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and knows and does her job really well. She is very patient and will help you find the place or property you are looking for. She returns all her calls promptly most of them in the same day. I also would call her last minute to view properties and she would accommodate us.
She is very honest and down to earth. You will not be disappointed. She advocates for her clients and gets the best deal for them. Thank you Margaret for helping us and making us feel like family and our search successful. I would highly recommend Margaret’s expertise and knowledge in helping you find your next property. You will not be disappointed.

Malgorzata is an incredible Realtor and is a very kind, genuine person! She goes above and beyond in assisting her clients. My parents live in NY and have been working with her over 14 years. Without her guidance and expertise, they would not have had as much success in finding and renting properties as they have had. She has been a vital part in buying, selling and renting homes during all of this time! She is very professional, thorough in her work and is always timely in getting tasks completed. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with MALGORZATA WOJTOWICZ. We were first-time homebuyers in Florida with very little knowledge about how to find the right place in WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA . We met with a couple of realtors before her, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, knows more about homes structural, interior and exterior than most home inspectors or an average handyman. Always ready to help.
We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Malgorzata walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Malgorzata for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Malgorzata Wojtowicz to them!
