As co-founder of Tampa Bay Key Real Estate, Margarete Welter is enthusiastic about helping people achieve their real estate goals. Margarete aims to serve, not only as a real estate agent but also as an advocate and ally clients know they can trust.

Margarete got her estate license in 2016 and has since earned many professional certifications. She has also received the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors®, evidence of her commitment to practicing real estate at the industry's highest professional standards.

Hailing from a tiny town in Brazil, Margarete specializes in collaborating with the Brazilian community and addressing its members' unique challenges and needs. She also collaborates with many first-time homebuyers and clients interested in relocating to the Tampa Bay area. No matter what her clients are looking for, Margarete keeps the atmosphere calm and friendly while offering them expert representation.

Margarete has an undergraduate degree in foreign trade administration and was a bank manager before coming to the United States. As someone who began working early in life and has experienced the challenges of moving to a new country, Margarete believes that all things are possible with passion and peace of mind. Her life experiences taught her the importance of honesty, respect, and giving back to her community, and these principles remain a powerful influence on her work in real estate today.

When Margarete is not collaborating with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and two huskies. She is also a proud soccer mom who loves to attend games and catch up with her friends over a delicious meal.
