I honestly can not put into words the kind of amazing person Rita is. She is a wonderful realtor and an awesome person to work with. Rita helped my wife and I find our first home, made the experience truly amazing, helped us out of a bad pinch, patient, compassionate, and much much more. She was knowledgeable about the area we were wanting to buy, knowledgeable about the sellers, the property, and is a very strong communicator. I want to give a brief summary of what she did to help us get our home. She was quick to contact the seller to keep an eye out for any other potential offers that other consumers may have put down. She had a list of recommendations ready in case the house we were planning to get goes under contract. Gave us advice to handle our first home buying process as well as time to make a decision. She worked hard to help find a good house within our budget and our expectations. Most importantly She was honest about her opinion on the properties we were looking at which helped us make one of the best decisions in our life. Truly having Rita as your realtor is one of the best decisions you can make in your home buying especially if you are a first time home buyer. Regardless of age she will work with you and talk to you as an equal.

Rita was wonderful in helping us find our perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She was always super prompt replying to questions and needs. She was beyond helpful in that our son was looking at the houses for us and she worked really well with his schedule. She is also very personable while remaining her professional attitude. I just can not say enough great things about her. Need a Realtor use Rita. I would recommend her highly. She was also very attentive to us being from up North and wanting us to be in a great and safe neighborhood.

Rita is the Best! Rita actually answers her phone and is very timely in her responses. I was relocating from California to Texas and was very unfamiliar with the area. Rita made me feel right at home and showed me everything the Rio Grande Valley had to offer. I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. She made my home buying experience so stress free. I would recommend Rita to any home buyer or seller.

Rita was so so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful in helping us find our new and FIRST home! We had so many questions to which she was always happy to answer no matter the time of day.
