Margarita Sanclemente, along with her team at Sanclemente Group, specializes in both residential and commercial sales and leasing. Over 22 years in the industry she has received numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the Top 100 Producers of 2008 and the Mercedes Benz Award for her performance as top producer at Brickell on the River. Margarita was partner in Elite International Realty and VP of Sales for Prodigy International before establishing Sanclemente Group. In 2005, she opened the Panama market internationally, responsible for the sales of 2,000 units between Panama City and Playa Blanca on the Panamanian Pacific coast. In addition, she began selling the Manhattan market internationally in 2007, with great success, and subsequently began promoting an important project on the Riviera Maya up to date. Originally from Colombia, her extensive network includes professional contacts in her native country, as well as Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Panama, Canada, Spain, UK and Italy. Margarita attributes her success in the real estate industry to her strong organizational skills, persistence, and natural talent for human relations - she believes in treating everyone to VIP service and creating long lasting business relationships. Margarita's two grown children work with her in real estate, but outside of the office, she loves to travel, practice yoga, and dance.
