Margie launched MAK Real Estate Ventures, Corp. in 2021, a boutique firm focused on supporting all aspects of the clients’ needs from purchase, lease to sourcing architectural, design and build resources plus property management.

Margie is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and has 18 years of real estate experience. A dynamic and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Broker, she has extensive experience in helping her clients build their investment portfolio in office, land and industrial flex buildings.

The goal of MAK Real Estate Ventures is to be by their client’s side through the entire process.
