Margo Bierwirth Wyatt

Margo Bierwirth Wyatt, long-time resident of Temple, is a Broker Associate of Rodney Dunn Company, Inc. and holds a master’s degree in real estate. After graduating from Texas A&M University and spending a few years living in Colorado, Margo returned home to live, work, and raise her family. She is the mother of three adult daughters, grandmother to two grandsons, and dog-mom to two Great Pyrenees.

Beginning a career in real estate in the fall of 1998, Margo quickly made an impact on the real estate community earning recognition as "Rookie of the Year" and with "Quality Service Award" both in 2000 and "REALTOR of the Year" in 2001. In 2007, Margo became a Graduate of the Texas REALTORS University Graduate REALTOR Institute adding the prestigious designation to her resume. Continuing education has always been a priority as she has added the designations of "Seller Representative Specialist," Accredited Buyer's Representative" and "Texas Residential Leasing Specialist" to her resume. In 2017 she completed a Master of Real Estate program with the National Association of REALTORS with an emphasis in Marketing and Management of Residential Real Estate. Then, in 2018, she was awarded "REALTOR of the Year" a second time by the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS. Active in the leadership of the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS since becoming a member, she has chaired several committees, served on the Board of Directors, served as its President in 2015, and will serve again as President in 2024.

After more than two decades of specializing in residential property sales for clients who are new to the area, relocating within Temple-Belton, first-time home buyers, retirees, and multi-generational families, Margo has gained valuable experience and maintained her enthusiasm. Her goal is to guide you through your real estate transaction as smoothly as possible.
