About Margo

Born and raised in Pennsylvania and settling in Sarasota in 1998, Margo Miller has always had an avid interest in all things related to real estate. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business degree from Stetson University in 1997 and obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2000. She began buying and investing in real estate in the late 1990’s. Early in her career, Margo began using her personal experience with real estate investing to help individuals looking to purchase or sell real estate.
In 2007, Margo obtained her real estate broker’s license and became the acting broker/owner for Sarasota New Homes Realty, Inc. She is a member of the Sarasota/Manatee Board of Realtors.
Margo’s primary focus remains representing buyers, sellers, and investment home owners while striving to make all real estate transactions as streamlined as possible while providing the highest level of customer service.

Margo has been managing 4 rental units for me for quite a few years. She does everything for me, finding tenants, collecting rents, schedules all repairs. She has a preferred list of service people that are competitively priced and give quality service when needed. I trust her fully with her decisions on rent rates and repair needs.
