Before Margot Wallen sold her first home, she had already spent 15 years operating at the highest levels of corporate technology — managing multi-million-dollar programs at Amazon, Nordstrom, Getty Images, and MRM Worldwide, where her stakeholders were senior executives and the margin for error was zero. That career didn't just prepare her for real estate. It fundamentally shaped how she does it.

Her clients feel the difference immediately. She moves fast — not in a way that rushes anyone, but in a way that creates calm. She listens before she advises. She follows through on everything she said she would, long after the closing. And she never mistakes her timeline for yours. One client who had bought and sold seven homes called her the best agent she'd ever worked with. Another described her as someone who "anticipates needs you didn't even know you had."

That's the experience Margot delivers consistently — whether she's earning the trust of a first-time buyer or representing a seller on a multi-million dollar transaction. Since entering real estate in 2021, she has closed over $65M for more than 50 clients across the Greater Seattle area, with individual sales ranging well into the millions.

Named to Seattle Agent Magazine's Who's Who in Seattle Real Estate in 2023, Margot is a Seattle native who lives in Montlake. She donates a portion of every closed transaction to Seattle-area animal shelters, and volunteers with Compass Housing Alliance's Cascade Women's Program — showing up for whatever the women need, whether that's raising money to decorate for the holidays, coordinating haircuts, or organizing financial literacy classes.
