Originally from Baltimore, MD, Margula graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She worked as an auditor for the New York State Department of Medical Fraud, then served as a photo studio manager for her husband, a professional photographer, for 26 years. Her vast experience servicing all types of people spans from helping people choose wall portraits to creating iconic wedding albums, to securing the ideal residence for their unique lifestyle.
Margula has lived in Crown Heights, Brooklyn for over three decades. She and her husband have owned their Carroll Street brownstone since 1999, plus enjoy a summer escape in the Catskill Mountains. Her small way of giving back to her community is availing her home to the constant stream of international visitors inundating Brooklyn year round, literally on a revolving basis! Margula has also volunteered time visiting and encouraging Jewish inmates at Riker's island for many years. Her number one passion is running, and just recently, she finished the full 26.2 Miami Marathon for charity.
