I first used Margula's services to sell my uncle's house in Brooklyn in 2020. She promised me that she would sell the home for substantially more than any of the other realtors I met. She did as promised and the buyer was identified within 1-day! This was also accomplished without placing a "for sale" on the property. Fastforward to 2024 and I referred Margula to a family member to sell their home in Queens. Same story. She was able to sell the house for more than any other realtor's suggested selling price! My having bought and sold several properties, Margula is consistent in her services and is also very helpful in ensuring the entire process is smooth including the closing process. She is highly recommended!

Selling your home and moving to a different state after years of being in familiar surroundings can be devastating. Especially if you are not totally aware of all of the pitfalls and paperwork involved with reaching your goal. We were not...at all. We had done plenty of research, spoken to several real estate agents and many other people who made flashy offers to "buy our home as is" for what sounded like a fair price. But there was always a feeling that something just wasn't right about those kind of offers. Then we turned to our Godsend, Ms Margula Roumani. After meeting her several years before we decided to sell she remained diligent by contacting us on occasion just to see if we might have any questions about selling. We were impressed by her honesty and nurturing. But most of all, her patience. We grew a friendship on trust that was time tested and indestructable. She led us through every step of this daunting process. She was available day and night to be present for every decision that we needed to make in order to successfully sell our home. She vetted potential buyers for us and followed up with them to make sure we were all on the same page. Of all the many services she provided this was the most important. She was always present when a potential buyer wanted to "walk through" the property so she could answer their questions and allow us to not be stressed about strangers in our home. Then, after many interviews we chose those offers that best suited our needs and Ms. Romani set in on every negotiation, clearing up misunderstandings or decision changes. Without her we would surely have missed some things that may have ended up costing us a great deal of the sell of our home. She was there from the first decision to sell to the closing. We will always be grateful for Ms. Romani who is not only a brilliant real estate specialist but is truly an honest down to earth soul. That makes her a Gem.
