Mari Colgan

Mari Colgan has held a realtor's license since 1998, dedicating her expertise to facilitating the dreams of buyers and sellers, one home at a time. Beyond her real estate career, Mari is deeply engaged in her community and actively participates in her Realtor Association at the local, state, and national levels.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions, Mari was elected as the President of The Greater Tampa REALTORS in 2018. She further served as the Vice-President for Florida Realtors District 6 in 2019 and received the prestigious title of Greater Tampa Realtors' 2021 Realtor Of the Year. In 2023 she was awarded Florida REALTORS Associate Realtor of the Year for the State of Florida.

Mari is a staunch advocate for homeowner property rights and Realtor rights in both Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., through her involvement with The REALTOR Party. Her community engagement extends to her role on the Tampa Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Advisory Council and her participation in Women Active for Christ at her local church. Mari considers herself immensely blessed to assist individuals in making the most significant investment of their lives while forming lasting friendships along the way.
