Maria Accardo

Maria has lived in York County for over 30 years. She raised a family of three children & managed her husband s home improvement company, until sixteen years ago when she became involved in the real estate business.

Maria has had a history of consistently reaching peak performer status and has received an array of company International Awards & Recognitions. In previous years she acted in the capacity of Manager of incoming realtors to the company as their trainer and mentor. She served as the Director of Career Development where she acted as a recruiter for new agents. She has also mentored new agents and taught pre-licensing classes for prospective realtors and property managers for the Real Estate Commission.

Maria was elected to the Board of Directors of the Realtors Association of York & Adams County (RAYAC) from 2008-2010. She was more than happy to give back to the community that provides her livelihood by serving on the RAYAC Foundations Committee, including serving one term as President. This committee designates monies to non-profit organizations with financial needs related to the housing industry, in turn, helping keep those companies and jobs constant. Maria also served on the State of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors for the 2010-2011 term. She has served on the Forms Committee which works to keep all the contracts and various forms up-to-date, user friendly, and legally compliant. Maria is an Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR) and York City Savvy designated.

Maria has a passion for the business and looks forward to placing homeowners in the home of their dreams. She is happy to serve sellers & buyers from all walks of life. Maria knows the importance of ensuring a smooth transaction for sellers as they pursue the emotional process of selling their homes while keeping them up-to-date on market trends and ongoing updates regarding the sale of their homes.
