I worked with Maria on the sale of an estate house. She was highly recommended by the estate attorney, their office assured us she is one of the best agents they work with.
Maria was on top of all necessary items that needed to be addressed for the sale of the house. The sale of an estate house can be especially stressful - so depending on her for certain things made my life much easier. She is also available around the clock for questions/concerns/ urgent matters.

There is no way to even write a review for Maria that lives up to how great she is! We would NOT have gotten a home without her, especially as FTHB.

She was attentive, responsive and always made it a point to put us first. She noticed things that realtors we had worked in the past wouldn't even bring up and steered us clear of opportunities that would not be good for us in the end. She also knows the area very well and was very educated on where to get other tests, inspections etc done for a great price by reputable vendors.

Especially as we were up against a lot of barriers with COVID and a non-traditional loan — she told us to keep pushing and we eventually found our dream home! It felt like having a really wonderful and professional friend looking out for us.

We looked for a realtor when we were going to sell our home. The first one we saw did not want to list it at the price we wanted or even work with us. When we met Maria I knew she was better than the other realtor. I liked her personality, warm not cold like the first one we saw. Maria just yesterday sold our home in Peekskill and did an absolutely incredible job. We started our relationship with Maria when we were still living overseas trying to get tennants out. She jumped right in working with our property manager to begin getting the property ready to sell and was absolutely invaluable, taking the lead on everything proactively. We had to sell my Mother's house due to her death back in March, 2020. We sold the house "as is". Once I was appointment Executrix of her Estate several months after my Mother's death, Maria was right there with me through the whole process of getting the house sold.
