The valuable skills I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client's listings are coupled with my bilingual skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
With over 20+ years in the industry. I have professional designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Professional Specialist (CRS®), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SERS®), GREEN certification, and Accredited Stager Professional (ASP™). I received certification in Negotiation Skills from Pepperdine University and attended courses at Stanford University. I have recently completed my Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification (RENE) and the Probate certification.
