Maria Dunne

Maria has been working as a residential Real Estate agent since 2013, serving clients in multiple counties of New Jersey. She is dedicated, detail and goal oriented, and a skilled negotiator. She will use her extensive market knowledge to help you come to an informed and educated decision, making the whole transaction a stress-free process. Prior to Real Estate she worked for 20 years in the Travel Industry, which gave her the opportunity to travel the world and become very aware and sensitive to cultural differences, an important asset when negotiating with the multiethnic population of our country. She is fluent in English, Portuguese (her native language) and Spanish, and although she lived in France for one wonderful year of her life, she cannot say that she speaks French as competently as she used to. As a native of Brazil, in order to keep the Portuguese language and Brazilian Culture present in the life of her children, she founded and manages a group of Brazilian Mothers in Bergen County. The very active members help her to organize five typical Brazilian parties every year, coordinate schedules and locations for Portuguese classes and promote fundraisers for orphanages in Brazil. She loves vacationing with her three kids and her husband, whose job in the Travel Industry allows them to continue exploring the world. She enjoys having Brazilian BBQ at home with her friends and when she finds some quiet time, she is fond of reading books about parenthood and personal growth.
