Maria is unbelievable, has excellent customer service skills, and is extremely communicative. She is fluent in American Sign Language. She was able to meet all of our needs due to us being Deaf. She sold my home in less than 48 hours and my mother’s home in less than 24 hours. She is very optimistic, enthusiastic and has amazing energy. This is my second experience with her. Outstanding to work with- I highly recommend!

We worked with Maria in buying our new home at Greyhound Park in Commerce City and she was fabulous! She pays attention to the smallest of details, and helps with things that are not even her direct responsibility (like making sure the Internet is up and running!). Throughout the entire process she was communicative and helpful. Once we closed on the house, she made a point to stop by and welcome us in person.

With everyone on the planet getting their real estate license (or so it seems), it's not easy to sift through the amateurs and those who think selling real estate is an easy way to a fast buck (it isn't!). It take a great deal of experience, knowledge and skill to navigate the home-buying system--particularly with a new build. We always felt like Maria had our back and would take of the things we didn't know enough to even ask about.

I highly recommend her - she's a topnotch professional!
