Maria Hadfield

Steve and Maria have been working in the real estate for over 30 years and love it! From helping first-time home buyers to assisting empty-nesters downsize, they have had the privilege of working with the most amazing people.

In addition to being a seasoned Real Estate Broker, Steve was one of the original State Certified Real Estate Appraisers in Pennsylvania and has been appraising residential homes since the late 1980s. His expert knowledge of market values, as well as keen negotiating skills, are extremely beneficial to their clients.

Maria began her real estate career working as the comptroller for a local builder in Skippack in 1991. Wanting to help grow the family business, she then joined Steve as the office manager for Hadfield Property Appraisals, Inc. and later became a realtor. They are committed to providing personalized and professional customer service.
