As a previous business owner herself, launching and managing an independent real estate office, Maria knows what it takes to bring your business to the next level. She’s well versed on financing for new construction, conversion, and existing real estate. She's also able to help you secure the financing you need in order to move quickly and decisively when you see the right opportunity.

Maria currently resides in Athmar Park, and when she’s not working she enjoys exercising her body and mind - practicing (as well as teaching) yoga, painting and cooking. She is also dedicated to building up our Denver community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Denver Inner City Parish and Denver Women’s Commission, as well as volunteering with numerous other local and regional nonprofits.
