Thanks for visiting my Litchfield Company website! I don’t know about you, but my home is my sanctuary! It’s more than a place to live. It’s where I make memories, enjoy time with family and friends, and live life. Whether you feel as passionately about that as I do doesn’t matter. What does matter is that I will make sure you will have a great experience from start to finish. Teaching for many years honed my listening, relating, and detail skills for work in real estate. My husband and I moved to Pawley’s Island in 2020 after years of coming here on golf and beach trips. We are empty nesters and decided to make the Grand Stand our residence for our next chapter in life. We moved from Raleigh, NC and love living here with our beautiful German Shepherd, Stella (our four children visit as often as they can)! Moving is not a small undertaking! I know that first hand as I I have lived in many places - as far north as Pennsylvania to as far south as my birthplace in Havana, Cuba . The experience of moving many times and living in a variety of places, has given me a unique ability to understand and help with the buying / selling experience.
