Maria and her assistants were such a pleasure to work with! With the difficulty of finding a home in our price range(300k and under), that was move in ready, Maria and her team worked hard and fast to help me find my new home. She is very knowledgeable, kept me in the "know", and gave me good advice on properties!
Maria took her time to listen to what I wanted in my new home, my first home 🏡 😁, and she made sure I got what I wanted.... Responses were quick, she never left me confused and I felt like I was a part of the whole process.... now I am in my FIRST, NEW HOME! I would highly recommend anyone, especially new home owners, to work with her and her team, they will guide you through the whole process! We closed on time, and I feel like it was rather quick... roughly 30days or so. THANKS GUYS!

Maria is an excellent Realtor. We saw all of the great work she has done for her clients. So much so, we would recommend her to our friends who we knew were looking for a home. So, we were excited about our chance to finally work with her when purchasing a new home in a new area and having her support us with renting out our current home. Maria walked us through every step of the process and answered our many questions no matter how late. She gave us great insight and suggestions on how to make our offer appealing in a very competitive market. She scheduled as many showings as we wanted because we were very selective and wanted the property to be just right for our family's needs. After our offer was accepted, and just prior to closing she negotiated funds from the seller to fix an issue that was not present when we first visited the property. Maria is truly in her client's corner. Moreover, she is a person of faith and she is a person of her word. We highly recommend her services!

When we had to relocate for a new job, Maria worked extremely hard to find us a home that we would love. She was extremely patient with us through the entire process, quickly answered all of our questions no matter how simple or how many times we asked them. When we encountered trouble with a person holding up the closing process, she went to bat for us to make sure that we could get in before the holiday weekend started.

If/when someone asks me who I would recommend for a realtor, Maria will be the first and only person I would recommend. When it comes time to move again, we will use her services again.

I will 100 percent recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home in the DMV area. My family and I were moving to Maryland from the upper North East in a very competitive sellers market. In this competitive sellers market we were able to purchase a newer home in a new development and had our closing costs paid by the seller. We are not first time homebuyers so this was an added bonus.

In this sellers market We had a few contracts fall through because of inspection issues and the seller taking time to find another home. We got out of each contract without any loss to our earnest money deposit and immediately began looking for homes.

I don't even know where to begin. Maria is simply a breath of fresh air!! As this was my 1st home purchase, I had no idea what to expect. I've been researching the process for at least two years, but the actual experience of buying a home is so different.

When I first contacted Maria about relocating from Brooklyn NY to Maryland, she made me feel at ease. I was very hesitant about moving from the place that I was born and raised to a place that I've only visited on occasion. However with the expense of living in Brooklyn, I knew it was time to go if I wanted to become a homeowner.

Okay let's get into the experience. Maria is a super-professional. She KNOWS HER STUFF!!! She broke down the housing market, interest rates, cost of living, etc. We began the process in May of 2020, in the height of COVID. None of those homes really grabbed me, so I didn't move forward at that time. Maria never tried to "push" me into anything. She wanted me to experience that "THIS IS THE ONE" feeling.

In November 2020, I walked into a home in a historic area in Baltimore and I knew the minute I opened the door that "THIS IS THE ONE". I informed Maria that THAT was the house and I was ready to make an offer. Maria helped me to understand the comps in the area and helped me to decide on what was a reasonable offer. Didn't I tell you she knew her stuff...the next day the sellers accepted my offer!!

I began the process immediately and Maria held my hand every step of the way. I had a million questions and concerns and she had an answer and a way of relaxing all of my stress factors every time I texted or called her. With a 45 day closing, she helped me to stay on top of my paperwork, by letting me know what and when things needed to be submitted to the lender. Even during that "feels-like-its-never-going-to-end" waiting process, she put me at ease.

Then came time to close. I heard so many horror stories of people either not closing on time or not closing at all; therefore the week prior to my closing date I pretty much got no sleep at all. But again, whenever I contacted Maria, she reassured me over and over again that things would work out.

The day of closing, it almost didn't happen. There were things that the seller's contractors stated were done, that weren't and at the closing table, I was still negotiating with the seller. STRESSFUL is an understatement...but Maria stepped up in a major way and made sure that I got what I needed and closed on time.

I highly recommend Maria and her team, especially Danielle, her assistant, who was there to show me homes...including the one I eventually purchased. She is an excellent realtor who goes above and beyond. And did I mention at closing, she gifted me 1 full year of a home warranty!!!!!!!! Come on now...what realtor does that!!!!!!! MARIA DOES!!

María was amazing and more than we could ask for! She answered all of our questions and ones that we didn’t know that we needed to ask. As a first time home buyer this was important. She advocated for us during showings to ensure that we viewed the homes we wanted when we wanted, she sent homes to us that were not found on common search engines, and she had options about various title companies, lenders, and home warranty companies once we closed. I truly believe we would not have the home we have if it was not for her! We were looking for an agent that was responsive, provided industry advice and guidance, while making sure our interest was put first. She was all of that and some.

I would highly recommend her and work with her again on future real estate purchases!

I am biased but the professionalism and results Maria provided can't be denied. Working with close friends or family can cause issues when things don't work out well. With Maria, regardless of how you met, you can expect her to care for real estate needs as she would her own. She showed me what I could expect to net, with and without renovations. She kept me updated on the market during the renovation process and increased our list price by 20K after renovations were completed. We received a full price offer within a week and closed within 45 days of putting the home on the market. Pure Excellence!

From her faithful negotiations and the trust she earned with the builder when we started, to her unwavering support and cogent advise when the time came to move on, she has been second to none!
