Maria Cristina Pennella serves as a leader of Lumer’s commercial real estate division team in the South Florida tri-county market. With 18 years of experience representing a wide range of clients including institutional and private capital investors. Cristina specializes in the acquisition, disposition and strategic value add planning for retail properties. Cristina is a consistent high producer, having been involved in an average of more than 150 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions.

As a South Florida resident for over 20 years, Cristina has an extensive knowledge of the local markets and uses her expertise to advise clients in meeting their real estate portfolio goals and objectives. Being deeply involved in the market Cristina constantly strives to bring immense value to her clients, community and colleagues through collaboration, hard work, and strategic asset management.
If Cristina is not talking CRE, she’s probably spending time with her family, scuba diving, traveling, or out trying new things like skydiving, free diving, skiing, mountain climbing and paddle boarding.
