Maria D Perez was so exceptional as our realtor. We were living in Texas when we decided to move back to Colorado and it was just as home prices were soaring, we were able to come Colorado Springs for about a week and she showed us many properties and was able to get a good idea of what we wanted and afford. We didn't find one while we were in Colorado Springs soMaria would send us potential listing or I would find them and she worked tirelessly to check them out until we were able to finally win a bid on our now current home. Maria was so amazing during the entire process until we closed. I would highly recommend this incredible realtor to find you the home of your dreams. You won't be disappointed!

As first-time homebuyers Maria guided us through the entire process and was always there for us with any and all questions. She went above and beyond for us as we navigated a hot market and purchasing from out-of-state.
