Writing on behalf of my Grandmother.
Maria Plant has sold two houses for us and she was also our agent when we bought the house we are in now. She is very professional and knowledgeable. In all these transactions, she always kept us well informed of the progress of each transaction and was always willing to take the time to explain the things we did not understand. We felt that serving our interest was always her number one priority. We will continue to use her as our agent and feel she would be a valuable asset to anyone using her as their agent .

Maria sold property for me in a rural area. I had it listed with a couple of other realtors for years before Maria listed it. Maria was awesome she drove all the way to the property took pictures posted a sign. Maria didn't give up on trying to sell my property even though the commission wasn't a lot. Maria finally got a buyer and took care of everything even with my Ex. I have chronic pain and couldn't go out she handled everything.
