Where do I begin? Maria is the utmost real estate professional. She is knowledgeable in the market and as an attorney as well, in the law. At a moments notice she can tap into real estate and law colleagues, as well as a myriad of contractors.

We moved out-of-state and needed to leave the sale of our home in reliable hands. From the moment we met Maria, she gave us the confidence we needed. Selling a home from 3,000 miles away isn’t easy and Maria made it seamless. During the sale we hit some obstacles - through no fault of ours or Maria’s. She was always there for us and navigated every situation.

I was put in an extremely vulnerable situation in regards to my house. My situation called for an attorney. After searching and not feeling comfortable with others I spoke with, I then came across Maria with Premia Realty Group and her team as well as Liong Li Penfield. I knew right away this was the team I needed. These ladies were God sent for me and became my Angels in disguise here on earth to help me every step of the way.
