Maria Skamangas

For over 29 years she has successfully collaborated with sellers, buyers, and real estate developers. She is very highly regarded by her clients and peers and has been an award-winning top producer ranking in the 1% of agents selling Harrison, NY, and Westchester County. She is in the top one hundred agents selling Westchester & Greenwich! All her business is referral based and repeat business, which is mostly due to having many successful years in the real estate industry and her caring, personal style! She has extensive knowledge of construction and remodeling, and she is also an expert stager and expert negotiator. She began her real estate career in 1992 with Lotte Eisenberger Real Estate in Harrison and then later with Houlihan Lawrence for many years. She was previously in the corporate sector working for IBM and General Foods. She has lived in Harrison for over 38 years, where she was a PTA President of Harrison Avenue School and has been continually active in the local Harrison Community. She continues to reside in Harrison with her husband, she has three grown children and four grandchildren! A native of Italy, she speaks fluent Italian and conversational Spanish. Her free time is spent enjoying the outdoors, cooking for family, and visiting the many cultural events in Manhattan and stopping in to see her youngest daughter in Manhattan when she is in town!
