Maria Stinson is a licensed Realtor® specializing in residential real estate. After spending several years as a real estate investor and rehabbing distressed homes, Maria decided to pursue a career in real estate. Realizing the need to make homeownership a reality for many families in Central Florida, Maria joined Re/Max in 2016. Since joining the brokerage she has helped countless families purchase their first home, relocate to Central Florida, and homeowners sell their homes for top dollar. Knowing that homeownership is a major key to financial success, Maria conducts first time homebuyer seminars throughout the year; to give the knowledge and resources on the steps it takes own a home.
