Maria Swieciki

Back in the mid-1990s Maria Ioveno Swieciki was employed as a legal secretary when she was offered a position as a real estate agent. Always intrigued by the many facets of property sales combined with interpersonal communication, Maria got her real estate sales license 26 years ago and never looked back! She enjoys nothing more than meeting new buyers and sellers and helping them achieve their dream. In her free time, this Hunter College grad enjoys spending time with her husband, their three adult children and their disobedient little puggle rescue, Abby. She takes pride in her Italian ancestry and is an active member her local chapter of the Sons and Daughters of Italy in America organization and also sits on the board of the Italian Heritage Committee. Locally, Maria has been writing a column for her City Island community newspaper (since 1987) and is a member of the Women's American Legion Auxiliary. When time permits, Maria enjoys cooking, photography and travel to exotic destinations.
