Maria is amazing! Maria acted as both our listing and buyers agent as we sold our home and purchased a new property last year. Perhaps most importantly, Maria sold our existing property in five days! She put together a beautiful listing and mobilized a truly amazing network of contacts to find the perfect buyer. Our home was a "niche" property; a small farm located close to Philly and Maria was able to market it in such a way that the potential buyers appreciated it for what it was and did not expect it to be something it was not.
