Maria Todd is the owner/broker of A & M Management of Arizona, and it began in 2006 when Maria launched her real estate career. Maria was young and ambitious and began taking night classes, pumped to start buying and selling real estate. Turns out, 2006 was a terrible year to get into the real estate market followed by the next 3 years. So, Maria had to change her mindset and began focusing on property management. Maria spent the next few years within the HOA property management field and then transitioned to single family residential management moving high level executives across the country. Eventually, Maria stepped back into the role of buying and selling homes for clients, and because of her past experience with the real estate market, Maria decided it was time to start her own company and become more diversified. With this new drive, Maria decided to incorporate property management with the day-to-day real estate of buying and selling and Maria has not looked back. Maria loves what I do!!
