Maria and Dave have been heaven-sent to our family! This may sound like a scripted message, however, this was truly my family’s experience. My fiancé and I had been in the market actively looking and submitting offers for several properties over a couple of months. We very rarely ever heard back from any sellers and we understood the market was extremely competitive so we thought maybe we only need to keep trying. After a couple of additional weeks without any luck we decided to switch realtors and team. This is when our journey began with Maria and Dave. Maria was an amazing person at helping me find my first home! She was super responsive and was there for me every step of the way. Being this was my first experience, Maria was great at taking the time always explaining everything to me from possibilities to contracts. I also appreciated that she was very honest when it came to being realistic with offers. I highly recommend Maria if you are searching for a home because you will get an honest and reliable experience!
