It has been a great privilege to work with a professional business person like Miriam Woods. She was very flexible with my schedule and accessible to my needs and concerns. She always checked in on me to see how I was doing and had a genuine concern for my health and well being. She was very prompt and thorough with answering all of my concerns. Miriam helped us sell my brother’s house after he passed away. She was very compassionate & understanding to all of our needs and to my brothers privacy while in his home. We discussed several options for selling and we decided it best to sell empty. Miriam was very thorough in her check as to what the house needed or didn’t need!
She was always available to us for any questions night and day. She told us exactly how and all the details of when things would happen as far as open house and private showings with other realtors. We absolutely trusted her and her judgment. I would definitely tell friends about her if they were looking for a new home or selling their home, and I would use her again should the time come for me. Thank you Miriam for a great experience at a very sad time for us.
