Marian Bradley

Marian Bradley came from a military family and has lived in North Carolina since 2006—spending 9 years in the Raleigh area before settling in Carolina Beach for the past 11 years. Her real estate journey began in 2019, and since then, she has had the honor of helping countless individuals and families find their ideal homes in Wilmington and the surrounding areas.

Marian and her husband have three amazing girls who played on the local Wilmington soccer travel team, Wilmington Hammerheads, and are now continuing their soccer careers in college. Marian enjoys cooking, traveling, and gardening, and when she’s not working with clients, she can often be found outdoors—whether it’s out on the water, at the beach, or soaking in the natural beauty of Wilmington.
