Marian moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1995 and know the people, the markets and the communities of Clark County well. She believes this knowledge is a benefit to my clients, whether they are locals or new to the area. She has been blessed with a wonderful family and love spending time with them outdoors as we enjoy our beautiful and unique Pacific Northwest.

She has been working in the real estate/mortgage industry since 2004. Her 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry gives her a unique advantage in helping her clients understand the complex loan approval process.

In 2020 and 2021 she was elevated to the International President's Circle for being a top producer in our company. She has earned the following designations: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®), Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES®). As an ABR®, she is incredibly valuable to homebuyers. She knows the buyer business inside and out, she has educated herself in all aspects of the buying process and has the most current and relevant market information.
