Sometimes I see reviews and I wonder if they are real. Let me tell you this is a real review!!!! Marianna is literally one of the best people my wife and I have ever met. We always felt like she had our best interest at heart. Buying our house was not easy and we almost walked away, and if it wasn’t for Marianna I don’t know where we’d be. She did everything in her power to help us and she got it DONE!!! She is a closer, fighter, and friend for life. She got us our dream house! Thank you Marianna! When searching for a home I knew Marianna would be able to do anything for me. When I say anything, she did EVERYTHING. The market is crazy right now for home buyers and Marianna fought for me to find me the home that was perfect for my fiancé and I. Although we hit a few bumps in the road, Marianna was there through every single step and resolved ALL of them. She was there day and night to listen to me vent and stress out to. If you’re looking to buy (or sell), Marianna will do anything for her clients. She truly cares about each and every single client and builds a great relationship with them. I don’t think I would have got through this process without her and I’m so happy with my decision to have her help me as a first time home owner. I will use her over and over again for any house in the future.

Marianna is my MVP when it came to selling my house and buying a new one. I truly felt like I was getting treated like I was a family member she went above and beyond for our family. She got over asking for my house and a great deal on the house that I bought. There we obstacles that came up during this process and she was our back bone I truly feel that without her guidance through this entire process it wouldn’t have happen and we wouldn’t have our dream home today. We knew that when we wanted to sell our house and purchase a new home Marianna was the realtor to use. Marianna sold our home in less than a month and helped us get into our new house quickly and efficiently. She made sure we understood the process, deadlines, etc. She always made sure we had options on the table and was constantly in contact with us.
