Marianne Banchero

Marianne is a native of Atlanta and graduate of Georgia State University, where she received her degree in Business Management. Marianne has lived in Georgia all of her life, except for a four-year
stint in Southern California. Having spent most of her life in the Atlanta area, Marianne is very familiar with many neighborhoods, both in town and outside the perimeter. Marianne prides herself on her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests. Drawing from her 13-year background in the legal field, Marianne is a fierce negotiator, and her attention to detail ensures you are well-represented throughout the process. Marianne understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful, but it should also be fun and exciting! Marianne’s goal is to make the process enjoyable for you and to lower your stress level through constant communication, and by being accessible when you need her. On a personal note, Marianne and her husband currently live in Decatur with their young son, two dogs and cat. Marianne enjoys spending time with family, seeing live music, and checking out the local dining scene in her free time.
