Marianne Bird

Marianne Bird is a licensed sales associate and member of the McGraw REALTORS® Hot Springs office. Marianne was born in New Jersey but has been a resident of Hot Springs since 1978. She graduated from Lakeside High School and went on to earn her degrees in secretarial science, AAS, and radiologic technology, AAS from National Park College.

Marianne made the decision to transfer to McGraw REALTORS® in June of 2022. She was excited to join the McGraw team because she wanted to engage with a company that shares her core values. McGraw REALTORS® is committed to the success of its realtors and clients, alike!

Marianne specializes in residential and commercial property sales and marketing throughout Hot Springs and surrounding areas and would be happy to assist with your home search. When not working with home buyers and sellers, she enjoys cooking, reading, pickleball, swimming, kayaking, and boating.
