No time of day or night was off limits for a conversation. Marianne also knows so many people and organizations to sell a home and understands the areas.

Marianne Post is the best. If I listed all of the things she did for us that were significantly more than we ever would have expected, I would probably run out of room. Finding the perfect home for us was extremely difficult due to some unique needs we had. Many realtors would have probably concluded that we simply weren't worth the trouble, but Marianne stayed with us until she found exactly what we were looking for. But what impressed us the most was what she continued to do AFTER we closed. We were living in another state and did not move into the home until 3 months after closing. She made sure that contractors, mail, etc. were taken care of for us until we moved. She stayed in contact with us throughout. Many realtors would have moved on after they earned their commission, but not Marianne. Needless to say, if we are ever in need of a realtor again, we wouldn't ever consider anyone else. We would unequivocally recommend her to our closest friends and relatives.

I do not live in New Jersey and had to sell a house that I had bought for a family member years ago. Fortunately, I found Marianne Post. She did an excellent job. Obviously, it would’ve been very difficult for me to travel and take care of the details of this sale. Marianne handled everything and did it in the very professional manner. I have only positive things to say about her. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a professional, reliable and outstanding real estate agent.

Marianne was an excellent person to have on our side while my fiancé and I were looking for our first home together. Marianne was truly amazing! She gave an honest opinion when asked, was never pushy and always made time for us! We had been looking for a new home for 3 years. We had 2 other agents before we met Marianne, she listened very carefully to our needs and found us the perfect home in a short amount of time. She is fiercely protective of her clients and we felt very well protected. Our termite inspection company was very late showing up, Marianne made sure they gave us a discount and an apology. She holds every company she works with to her professional standards. My only regret is that we did not meet her sooner! We could have saved ourselves a lot of stress and aggravation. After researching top agencies in the Medford area, I specifically chose Marianne because of her professionalism, ethics and experience. Through our communications, I found her to be honest and direct when explaining the current real estate market, very personable when relating to my concerns and questions, and a good listener when we actually needed to negotiate with a buyer. Marianne contacted and coordinated contractor schedules to get work done on the house quickly and professionally. Marianne helped us buy our first house this summer. Having no knowledge of real estate transactions, the home buying process, or even what a realtor's role was on the buyer side, we didn't know what to expect. We had initially started with a different realtor that we met randomly at an open house, but after a few months switched to Marianne on a friends recommendation. The difference was astonishing. I lost track of how many times during the process my husband and I remarked "Thank God we went with Marianne." She is warm, understanding and patient, but also an incredible professional. She listened carefully to what we wanted, and gave honest feedback as we looked at houses. She knew to look for things we would have never considered. Once it was time to make an offer, her knowledge of the neighborhood was crucial, and suggested an offer even lower than we were considering. Her negotiation skills were amazing, and we got our house for considerably lower than the asking price, in a buyers market. She was with us every step of the way, and had a long list of professionals to recommend with regard to inspections, attorneys and every other person that gets involved in the transaction. Even after our settlement, she found out we had an unexpected leak, and called to see how she could help. While she recommended great people during the process, in the end, she was the key element. I could not recommend her more highly.

If you're looking for a realtor that is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile for her clients you should call Marianne! I have personally used her services three times to date, years ago to purchase my first home, again to sell that home (at a gain), and just recently to purchase what we expect to be our forever home. Marianne is hands down the best! Her patience is unmatched. She will take the time to walk you through every step of the buying or selling process and if there is something you don't completely understand...she will explain it again without hesitation. She will guide you through all decisions that need to be made, sale price of your current home, whether to make an offer, repair requests etc. but she will always make sure you're comfortable with your decisions. You will never feel as though she is forcing you into making a decision just so that she can make a sale! Our most recent purchase was made in May of 2021 in a VERY challenging market as a buyer. Homes were going under contract within days of being put on the market. She knew time was of the essence and most times she was scheduling showings for us within hours of the house hitting the market. It took some time to find a home we loved, again she was super patient every step of the way, but once we knew we found "the one" we had a verbally accepted offer the day the house went on the market and a fully executed contract 5 days later. I honestly don't think that would have been possible if it wasn't for Marianne. After working with her in the past and over the last few months to find our forever home, it truly feels more like she's family than our realtor. If you're considering buying or selling your home call her! I promise you won't be disappointed!
