Marianne recently sold our parents home. Given this was an estate sale, there were many hoops to jump through. Throughout the process, Marianne kept us informed as to what we needed to do or get for her, who we needed to work with for permits, inspections, and of course all the other duties a qualified and experienced agent would do for the sellers. In a market that was still reeling from the effect of the real estate bust, Marianne, worked diligently to get people through the home, answer their questions and keep us informed of their opinions and things we might consider to make the home more enticing to buyers. I met Marianne in late August 2014. She was the listing agent for a home in Inglis Florida that my stepson( Randall) and his wife(Paula) had discovered on the Realtor.com site.Marianne was extremely helpful very efficient in the process of showing the home and executing the offer contract to the previous owners. She outlined all the required steps we had to make in order to execute the final process to obtain the USDA loan that Randall and Paula had qualified for. Marianne coordinated all activities required and communicated very well during the whole process via email and telephone conversations.She followed the whole process and scheduled the final closing on October 24,2014. The closing was flawless and only took 45 minutes. As a result, Randall and Paula are enjoying their new home.
