About Marianne

Marianne a former Maryland native moved to West Virginia in the summer of 1990 to acquire affordable home ownership. The years following, she did sales, ventured into other customer service positions, opened a small Hauling business, which she was the sole proprietor of. Her husband and she decided to start buying land and building homes, of which they built several together. In that time, she learned how to deal with the lending aspect of new construction loan, refinancing, financing, negotiating, land assemblage, the construction process from start to finish and hands on learning of how the construction process works. This sparked her interest to help others who would want to pursue the happiness of homeownership Thus the summer of 2005 Marianne acquired her license, has been assisting others in the buying and selling process of Real Estate in the Eastern Panhandle of W.V., servicing Berkeley, Jefferson and parts of Morgan County. With her expertise, enthusiasm, knowledge, friendly attitude, communication skills and experience she knows how to get the job done. She has weathered all kinds of markets and prides herself in being, “Your Friend in Real Estate.”
