I have nothing but high praise for this professional, qualified, knowledgeable, caring person(realtor)! We have been looking for a home for about 6 months. Given how the current market has been, we were not hopeful. We put an offer in on a home in late July. Multiply offers. Needless to say, they did not accept our offer. Which actually was a blessing in disguise. We had looked at a property in May in a place where we really wanted to be. Close to our kids and grandkids (5 min).The phase was sold out but the model was eventually going up for sale as the agent stated. We continued looking. Then we found the model was up for sale in the place where we most wanted to be. We came to the open house. I called Marianne immediately after we left and told her this is where we wanted to be! This was on a Sunday. We put in an offer. That Tuesday we were flying out on vacation. We really did not expect any news on the offer, given the current market. Needless to say, as soon as we landed, my phone was blowing up! It was Marianne! Call me as soon as you land! Our offer was accepted! So in the airport waiting on our luggage, I was on the phone with Marianne confirming the offer and signing the contract! This made our vacation ever more enjoyable! We moved in a month later! And have had all the kids and grandkids over! Not only does she fight for you and listen to your needs, she helps you in other ways. She works hard for you and makes sure your needs are met!
I highly recommend Marianne if you are buying, selling, looking to rent, etc. She works hard for you! Love her! Give her a call!

Marianne was the best realtor a family could hope for! She helped us both with buying a new home and selling the one we were in. Our house was under contract within 2 days. Marianne guided us through getting our home "show ready" and I have no doubt that was part of the reason it flew off the market. She also spent MONTHS helping me find our dream home.
