Maribel is absolutely amazing! I'm a first time homeowner in the market to buy a condo and she helped me every step of the way. After accommodating my crazy work schedule to go condo shopping, we found the perfect place for me, and I was able to close within 3 weeks. My experience with Maribel and Michael has been exceptional! I was an out-of-state seller and made my introduction to them over the phone, from that moment on it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them. They helped us sell our house from start to finish (closing) in just 3 weeks, which is unheard of given what’s going on in the market. I give all the credit to their hard work, knowledge, negotiation skills, and communication skills. They had professional photographers take pictures of the property, listed the house on MLS quickly, conducted an open house on the weekend, and brought in 5 offers within days. They also protected us from a disreputable offer by asking the right questions to the buyer. Kudos to their expertise, this in turn helped us choose the right buyer. They were thorough with all required professional documentation and communication which made the process of closing my house go smoothly. They went above and beyond all aspects of selling a house. They truly care! Thank you Maribel and Michael for being so good in your profession and for being such amazing human beings! I would recommend this dynamic duo as your forever agents.
