Purchasing a home, especially for a first-time home buyer, can seem like an overwhelming and daunting task. However, with the right realtor this experience can be an enjoyable and fulfilling process. From the moment I met Marie, I knew she would be the realtor that would help me achieve my goal of becoming a homeowner. She’s genuinely a kind person and a force to reckon with in this competitive market. It’s evident that Marie is knowledgeable and passionate about the real estate industry. She exudes confidence and charisma and I LOVE this about here. Therefore, I was confident entering this competitive real estate market with her navigating the way for me.

Sure enough, in less than one week (yes, less than ONE week in this crazy housing market)Marie found my dream home and submitted an offer on my behalf. She submitted my offer, stayed in constant communication with the seller’s realtor, and we opened escrow the following day. She knew what I wanted in a home and she made it happen. I was not expecting things to happen so quickly because of how competitive things are right now. She made it happen.

Then came the escrow process. Marie helped me throughout this entire process. There were times when I would feel overwhelmed and she would walk me through the process, answer all of my questions, and reassure me that everything was going to be fine. I knew that if I talked to Marie she would give me a sense of calm. I’m embarrassed to even count how many texts I sent this woman throughout this process, but she ALWAYS responded in a timely manner - any day, and any time. She gave me a shoulder to lean on and I’m truly grateful. Honestly, I sincerely don’t know what more could I ask for. My experience was amazing. She’s just amazing. And, my heart is happy.
